Well They sure didn't let me settle into the week slowly. Today I had more appointments then I think I have had my whole time here. I have been meeting with a psychologist to work on pain management techniques. So far I haven't had to much luck with his methods, but who knows maybe something will come out of it. I also got to go for another ride on the recumberant bike. The increases in my drugs haven't seemed to have any effect of the pain I have while sitting, it has however over the last few days seem to have help with pain while standing/walking. On Friday and throughout the weekend I was able to be standing and walking longer then ever, managing to walk about 3 blocks. So now we are trying to figure out which of the two drugs they increased is the one that did the trick. On the weekend I also had several relatives stop by to visit so that helps make the time go by. The Grey cup was tough to watch as I felt sick when ever a team scored since I hate Calgary and Montreal so much. Some stuff that I would really appreciate prayer for is that everything that needs to be arranged for me to go home would happen, and that the right things that I need to have to live at home would be there when I get home. Well thats all for now,
Robert

Hi Robert/Chris...I am thinking of you daily and praying that a break for you both is in the plan, just leting you know that your dearly loved and we're rooting for you. Love and prayer, cheryl
Dear Chris & Robert...it is wonderful that you will both be home soon! Praise God! These are 2 scriptures the Lord has led me to focus on over the last few weeks; "Commit your works to the Lord and you plans will be established." Proverbs 16:3 and "The foolishness of God is wiser than man's wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man's strength." 1Corinthians 1:25 I look forward to your return. Love and Hugs, D.M.
As far as football goes I don't know either team, so was glad the west won....a few weeks ago I do not know it you got to see a sad senario for some....

As long as the psy. person doesn't try and tell you that you are pain free, maybe some kind of mind control can help a bit. It really is too bad we don't have a switch we can turn off when a person doesn't really need to be reminde anymore how bad the body was damaged....like every night would be nice hey? Blessings Mike.
