Hello. Well another week is over and there's only 13 days till home time. There still hasn't been any changes in my pain. The doctors have continued to increase both my nerve and pain medications. It seems at times that I am able to walk for longer periods of time then I used to, but my ability to sit is still the same. I have also decided to pull myself out of the pool class since it causes me a lot of pain. The weekend is looking likes it's going to be pretty quiet. The grey cup is on but I find it hard to get excited about without the Eskimos in it. Thats about all thats been going on around here lately. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Hey Robert; I'm missing the Lions and the Sask Roughriders in the Grey Cup, too. Brock is ecstatic, though, because Calgary is in. So outloud I'll cheer for Calgary, but secretly for Montreal, since we aren't allowed to cheer for Montreal in this here house....
Robert, we continue to believe with you that you are pain-free. We speak it out, we believe it. I know we are not there with you, struggling through the pain, and we really have no idea how much it hurts. But we are praying for you, believing for healing for your left thigh and your right foot, believing, believing, believing. We think of you with love. Shelene and gang
Hi Robert, Have you been doing anymore riding on the stationary bike? Hopefully that is still something is not causing pain. It's weird how being in the water would give you pain as you would think there would be no pressure points being touched. We continue to pray for your healing and for the pain to GO AWAY!! Lots of love and prayers, Ron and Debbie. Did you hear that Ryan got a puck in the mouth at hockey. 1 tooth was embedded in his lip and they both broke off but splintered at the back so he had to get both pulled.
Hi Robert, I know what you mean about the Grey Cup. The Esks aren't in so me and Corrine are both a little disinterested. I will probably still watch the game even though I don't really care who wins.
I got a chance to go spend some time with Colin over the last three days. I drove down there. I took a couple weeks off work to relax. Colin took me flying in a small citabria and showed me a few things he's learned from the aviation program. It was a lot of fun. It's a small two seat plane.
Colin says hi as well.
Say hi to the rest of the family for me. Take care and continued prayers for your recovery.
Michael Gilmore.
Did you watch the game anyways. I did. Still was a nice tight race. Your dad was telling me of the humorous contractor situation as it relates to the house reno, with one in Vancouver contracting out to one in PG who yet sub-contracted it out to another in PG. Everybody needs a piece of the pie I guess. I was hoping to be coming down to visit before you were to head up, but I delayed my trip south later in December. Still, looking forward to touching base when you get here. Thanks for taking the effort to keep us updated on this blog - plus you mom and sister. Heres to hoping that the week ahead will be better than the one behind.
