Jen's doing a great job of keeping you all updated, but I just wanted to put out my own personal word of thanks for all the prayers and words of encouragement being sent our way. God is definitely giving us strength through this most difficult of times. To be honest, sometimes I get totally overwhelmed by the situation, but God does not allow me to stay in that place, and He comes to me with His gift of peace. I know this is an answer to so many of your prayers. We are praying and trusting for the hand of God to be on the hands of the surgeons tomorrow, and that the results will be nothing but positive. Thanks again for your faithful and heartfelt prayers.

We are praying for God's peace on Robert and trust in the surgeons as he goes into surgery and that you Tom, Chris and Jen will feel God's presence and strenght as you wait for the report of his surgery. Please tell Robert that im sorry for not making it in today. I did come in but it was at 3 so the ward was closed down for resting time, and i had to drive back to taylor so i couldnt wait an extra hour. Tell him all my best wishes and prayers are with him.

We just got home from vacation and learned of Robert's accident. You are continually in our thoughts and prayers. We have slowly been discovering exactly how many prayer chains and prayer lists that you are on - friends and strangers alike. We know that many many people are praying today. God wakes me from my sleep constantly to pray and I know others are doing the same. May he bring you a peace that you can't imagaine today. Our prayer is that he carries you today and that you do not have to walk on your own.
