Hey everyone. Sorry it's taken me so long to get this up. Well it's definitely been nice to be home. As a family we've settled down in to what the routine will be for the next little while and have got most of the little kinks worked out of everything. At first we had a bunch of problems getting the wheelchair taxi schedule figured out. There was only two of these cabs in prince george so it can be a little tough to get into their system. That and communication between the drivers and the dispatch seems to be non existent. We thought we had it all figured out and then this morning one of the two cabs had an electrical fire and burned up. I still managed to get to my physio on time, and hopefully it won't be to big of a problem. The physio at the university is going very well. The guy up there recently quit his job as a dill sergeant for the navy seals and became a physiotherapist, or at least thats how it feels to me. Never have my abs and butt been so tired as they were after doing bridges and crunches and planks for more then an hour. It's a good thing though, and hopefully it will bring about some more results. Getting around the house has turned out to be a lot easier then we first thought. We got new, stronger handrail put in, so I am able to go up and down the stairs using only those. Then we keep a walker on the two main floors so I can get around the rest of the house on those. I have just recently been able to eat a meal at the dinner table while sitting on the cushion from my wheel chair. Other then that life's been pretty mellow. Moms got the house all decked out for christmas, no tree yet, I'm not to sure what the plan is for that. Yesterday me and a couple friends built a gingerbread house, so it's really starting to feel christmasy and I so glad to be home for it. Well I think thats all I have to say for now. Thank-you all for you continued prayer and support.

Hi Robert! I'm so glad that you're getting around your house alright and that you're fitting into a routine. Boy that drill sargeant sounds tough though! Maybe Mike and I can come see that gingerbread house of yours sometime during the holidays!
You're still in my prayers every day, Nil
Merry Christmas Robert,

Hi Robert and family, It's good to hear how you are doing. Thanks for taking the time for that. Wow that physiotherapist sounds a little tough. I probably wouldn't survive. I've been baking for a week it seems, awaiting the arrival of Colin. He is supposed to come home on sunday! Have a wonderful christmas all of you. Love and prayers, the Gilmores.
Hi Robert,
Nice to see you're getting settled in at home. Im sure your Mom and Dad are happy about that. Muttley says hi too but wants nothing to do with wheel chair basket ball, He hates any kinda sport that involves a ball cuz we used to bowl with him in the kitchen/ He was the ball... Lol, pop bottles for pins... Poor Little Muttley...
Kinda freaked him out I guess...
Hi Robert. Glad to hear your settling in. I read your comment about the "dill" sargent and immediatly went to thoughts of pickles all linded up doing parade exercises like we did in army cadets. LOL Had to re-read my comment to mke sure there wern't ant funny spelling errors on my part, then you'd have to make fun of me! Merry Christmas to all. Larry and Larry for Judy
